How Much Does a Rena Mach 6 Cost
Are you interested in learning exactly how much a Rena Mach 6 costs?

At Graphic Technology Group, this is a common question we receive on a fairly regular basis.

In this article, we'll take a look at how much you can expect to budget for a Rena Mach 6.

What Is The Rena Mach 6?

The Rena Mach 6 is able to digitally print on media beyond the envelopes and paper you're used to seeing.

It's capable of printing full color at 6 inches per second with 1600 x 1600 dots per inch.

Or you can print 1600 x 800 dpi at 12 inches per second and still produce a clear image.

This means the Mach 6 can produce 8,000 #10 envelopes per hour.

Plus, the performance can be enhanced with the optional mColor RIP & Workflow Software.

Adding this software will deliver the color consistency and accuracy required by production-oriented users.

Rena Mach 6: Real World Applications

We've talked about how the Rena Mach 6 can print 8,000 full color full bleed envelopes per hour.

However, this generation of digital color printers offers a much wider variety of applications.

  • Thick Media: Print full color on padded envelopes, bubble envelopes, and corrugated boxes up to 3/8"
  • Boxes: Print small product boxes in full color at speeds up to 12" per second
  • Pharmaceuticals: Print blister packs for medications in full color

These are just a few of the different real world applications the Mach 6 can bring to your business.

If you have a specific project in mind, we can help you find the right equipment for your needs.

How Much Does The Rena Mach 6 Cost?

The price of your Rena Mach 6 will depend on the software needs of your print shop.

Without the mColor RIP & Workflow Software, the Mach 6 will cost around $20,000 including a 3 foot conveyor.

If you add the mColor Software, the price will go up to around $23,000 and improve your color accuracy.

Schedule a Live Demonstration

The Rena Mach 6 will dramatically improve direct mail marketing and packaging business workflows.

It also has a low total cost of ownership and doesn't require a relatively large initial investment to get started.

At Graphic Technology Group, we'd be happy to answer all of your questions and schedule a live demonstration.
